The show celebrates its 14th birthday this year at Earl’s Court, London, from Thursday 21st – Sunday 24th March, with the latest trends and technology in all things health, beauty and fitness and is now the largest event of its kind.
New features this season is a collaboration with the Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation to bring an ‘arenaful’ of sporting activities for guests to try out and maintain the golden Olympic legacy of women’s sporting successes. Visitors will be able to try out the 2013 version of a hulahoop, the Powerhoop, and let loose at the Tantrum Club.
